At Mini Mixers, we believe good food doesn’t need to be complicated.
We make single-ingredient nut powders using real, whole nuts - and nothing else. No additives, no fillers, no unnecessary processing. Just simple food, prepared with care.
WHERE DO YOUR INGREDIENTS COME FROM?
Our premium nut powders are sourced from growers in Australia, Europe and the USA.
WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?
We are only selling through our website at this stage, however we hope to start wholesaling soon.
WHY ARE YOUR POWDERS DEFATTED?
We defat nuts so they can be ground into a fine, dry powder instead of turning into a paste or butter. This makes them easier to mix, lighter in texture, are more shelf-stable, and higher in protein with less fat, while still keeping their natural flavour and nutrition.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN AND GLUTEN FREE?
They sure are!
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIVES IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
No. We don’t use any additives, fillers, preservatives, or artificial ingredients. Our products are made from 100% natural nuts, simply processed to create a clean, pure powder.
HOW DO I STORE MY PRODUCT?
Store below 25°C, in a cool dry place.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept PayPal, G Pay, Apple Pay and all major debit/credit cards.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Standard shipping is $10, and express shipping is $15.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Not at this stage. As a small business, we’re not able to offer free shipping just yet, but we work hard to keep our shipping rates as fair and affordable as possible.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Domestic orders (within Australia) usually take between 2 to 6 business days to arrive.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We send tracking for every order via email once it leaves our warehouse. You can also contact us at hello@minimixers.com.au and our wonderful customer service team will be able to help you.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this stage we only offer shipping within Australia.
We are hoping to open international shipping soon, be sure to sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR MISSING?
If there is an issue with one of our products, please let our team know within 7 days by sending an email to hello@minimixers.com.au. We will resolve any problems as quickly as we can. Please note we may request a photograph – please don’t dispose of your damaged products until you have been in touch with us.
I’VE CHANGED MY MIND, AM I ABLE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?
Unfortunately, being a food product, we don’t offer returns for change of mind.
DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE ORDERS?
As a small business, we are not able to offer wholesale orders at this stage, however this will hopefully be changing soon. Please contact us to register your interest and we will let you know as soon as this changes.
